Noor AL Emirates Hygienic Manufacturing Company, which hereafter called NEHMC is a limited liability company, found by its shareholders in city of Herat – Afghanistan, and registered in Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) with registration No Number (D-03- 1462 ) in year 2012.
This company with cooperation of Noor Al Emirates Company, which have enough experience in the field, modern and standard machineries, high quality of raw materials and national and international experts produces different types of hygienic products.
Help to improve the country health sector, increase customers product selection and quick access to hygienic products is NEHMC is mission. The company will introduce new concept of hygienic products and the national level and will expand its business in 34 provinces in Afghanistan and five international markets in the next three years.
A better health care system and supply economical product to its customers is NEHMC’s vision.
The company supply its products through agencies in Herat, Kabul and Balkh provinces within Afghanistan and Dushanbe City in Tajikistan.
The company was founded by experienced, highly educated and executives, which established modern management system as important of input production in the company.

Its factory located in 4th Shaqayeq, 2nd phase, Herat Industrial town, in Herat – Afghanistan in 15000 square meter land, which is consist of administrative building, production lines hanger, laboratory and other facilities. Currently 35 employees are working in this factory in one shift and headquartering located in Dubai, Emirates.
Since hygienic products are used by all people in all ages and sex, so their consumers are from the economics classes in the community. Its products are distributed through hospitals, pharmacy, supermarket and other retailers in the market.
It should be mentioned that NEHMC was part of Noor Agro Group, which was established in 2006. Currently NEHMC supply its products to domestic market, which based on this business plan its business, will be expanding in the next three years.
